UWL Exchange Students From La Crosse, U.S (Part 2)

 It’s been a week since the students from UWL arrived in Luoyang. During this week, they went to every class in junior section and joined their class activities as well. The students had so much fun and learned a lot of American culture.

 

Circular fan, also known as moon-shaped fan is a traditional handicraft and daily necessity in China. The art teacher, Ms. Dong Fei showed the foreign students how to paint on it in Chinese traditional way of painting.

 

Tai chi is a special style of Chinese traditional martial arts. Tai chi includes quan, sword, broadsword, spear, push-hand, et cetera. Especially push-hand is well known for its tactic and technique, the powerful and aggressive opponent being defeated by a small clever attack or an abrupt explosive power. Miss Zhao Qi, the P.E. teacher gave the students a wonderful class of some basic moves of Tai chi.
