1. Pick-up service
1) VPEA staff will wait at the airport one hour ahead, holding the student’s name board.
2) VPEA staff will remind the students to call their parents.
3) VPEA provides 250 minute international phone card for each student.
III. Visa Assistance
When the student's passport is about to expire during the study period, he needs to apply for a new study permit and visa. Contacting VPEA, we will offer a list of materials needed, help students complete the form and get the visa and study permit.
IV. Study Surveillance
