In order to help teenagers adapt new life more smoothly both physically and psychologically, the school started elective courses in 2005. Originally, only 3 courses were designed including English songs, art and Chinese calligraphy. Currently, approximately 18 courses have been designed for various demands of the students.

On September 13th, the registration of elective courses of this semester was held on campus. There were 15 different and well-prepared courses such as Exploration of Longmen Grottoes, The emergence of China in International Relationship, Wonderland in Literature, Clay’s World, Western Gourmet. Students dashed into the registration desks and signed up enthusiastically.
