Good English is a series of textbooks introduced into our school. As an important part of English teaching in our school, it is well received among students and teachers.

On May 24th, the fourth annual Good English show and Psychodrama Show was held on campus. Over 2000 students enjoyed 12 performances which mixed original textbook stories with their own imagination and creativity.

There are 10 Good English shows and 2 psychodramas shows. Here Comes Trouble, Princess Pip’s Holiday, Jungle Shorts, Oh, Otto, and so on. So many Good English stories were rewritten, directed with elaborately prepared props, costumes and background music. The audiences were attracted to these familiar but different stories.

There were another two psychodramas given by Junior 1 and Junior 2 students respectively. One is about the pressure students are taking from parents, school and grades. The other one is about a girl who had physical and mental illness and turned for help from teachers and classmates.

From this activity, students enjoyed language learning from an imaginary art and literature world which is the exact charm of language in the first place.
